How to reach us
The simplest way to contact iost.asia is by email at support@iost.asia. There is no contact form, no chat window and no phone line. Email keeps things simple, and it means we never ask you to type anything into a form on this site.
To help us act quickly, include the address of the page you are writing about, a short description of what looks wrong, and a link to a source if you have one. A screenshot helps when a live widget looks broken.
What we can help with
We are most useful for anything that improves the accuracy of the site. That includes a wrong fee, a date that has changed, an exchange that has added or dropped IOST, a regulator update, or a link that no longer works. Exchange details change often, especially around network upgrades, so tips from readers who use those exchanges every day are valuable to us.
We also welcome questions about how something on the site works. If a live price, converter figure or explorer lookup looks odd, tell us what you saw and when. The IOST price, converter and explorer pages all pull data from public sources in your browser, and our privacy policy explains which ones. Suggestions for new guides are welcome too, particularly questions people in your country ask that our Asia pages do not yet answer.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent information site, not an exchange, a wallet provider or the IOST project. That sets some firm limits.
We cannot recover accounts, passwords, lost coins or missing deposits. If an IOST transfer did not arrive or you forgot a memo, contact the support team of the exchange or wallet that received it, with the transaction hash, amount and time. Our guide to sending IOST explains what to include. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, password or verification codes, and anyone claiming to be us who does is a scammer.
We cannot tell you whether to buy, sell or hold IOST, or give personal tax or legal advice. Our pages explain facts and risks so you can decide for yourself; the disclaimer sets out what the site is and is not. For official project announcements, go to the IOST team’s own channels rather than to us.
When to expect a reply
We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections that affect money, such as a wrong fee, a wrong network or a paused deposit, get priority. If your message points to a mistake, we fix the page first and reply after, so you may see the change before you hear from us. We do not share your email address or publish your message without asking you first.
